Hudson Falls Central School District provides students and staff with a variety of well-balanced meal options throughout the year. School meals are nutritious, of high quality and follow federal dietary standards.
Breakfast and lunch meals are free for all students at Hudson Falls CSD
Once again Hudson Falls Central School District is continuing to participate in the CEP (Community Eligibility Provision). This means that every student receives one breakfast and one lunch at NO COST. The standard menu is posted monthly from our district homepage. We have listened to the students, looked at trends, and worked with each Nutrition Service Manager in your child’s school to develop healthy well balanced offerings.
We will also continue to offer online, the opportunity to use TitanK12 (LINQ Connect) to deposit money that can be used by your child to purchase additional a la carte food items.
We are asking every family to fill out this CEP Income Eligibility Form in lieu of a Free & Reduced Application. This questionnaire can also be filled out online by registering or logging into your TitanK12 (LINQ Connect) . By filling out this form, you assist us with many things throughout the district, including but not limited to: reporting information to the state, accurately comparing our students to other students in the state, increasing our eligibility for grants, and assisting with college acceptance rates. Most importantly this helps with state aid which helps fund programs throughout the district. This data also helps ensure we can continue to participate in the CEP program.
We look forward to providing your child safe, healthy, fun, and thoughtful food selections for this year. We will continue to improve and update you the entire year about the Nutrition Program and the nourishment we provide. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact our office at 518-681-4119.
Sincerely,
