Talking HF Tigers 2/28

It was great to see the students return, and I hope everyone enjoyed their break as we roll into March. I would like to start by congratulating The Adirondack United Varsity girls’ hockey team, who won the NYS Girls Hockey Championship for the second consecutive year. The Adirondack United is a merger between Corinth, Glens Falls, Hudson Falls, Queensbury, Saratoga and South Glens Falls High Schools, and includes junior Haylee Flewelling, who represents our school on this championship team. Way to go, girls!

Special Concert

Tuesday, March 4 our Middle School Orchestra takes the stage at The Strand Theater for a special performance with Beatles tribute band “Across the Pond”. This unique collaboration is sure to be a fun evening and a great showcase of our Tiger Talent. The concert starts at 7:00 p.m. at The Strand Theater and donations will be accepted at the door.

Science Night

On Wednesday, March 5, at 6:00 p.m. at the Primary School, members of our High School Science National Honor Society will host a Science Night. We encourage elementary students to come for a fun night with engaging, hands-on experiences. Our high schoolers will provide experiments to help engage and excite the younger students about science.

Dodgeball Returns

The annual Middle School Dodgeball Tournament will be held Friday, March 7, at 6:00 p.m. at the High School gymnasium. Donations will be accepted at the door, benefitting our Middle School Character Education Program. Middle School students attending and/or participating in the tournament must have a ticket to enter at no cost. Spectators will not require a ticket.
