September Highlights
Crafter-Noon: Join us for fun crafts and art projects every Wednesday! All ages are welcome. Drop in from 2:30pm-5:00pm. No sign up required. Please come early as supplies are limited.
Kids Crafting Corner: Second Saturday of every month at 10:30 am. Craft to your heart’s content at the Kids Crafting Corner! All ages are welcome. Please come early as supplies are limited.
LEGO Challenge: The fourth Saturday of every month at 10:30 am. We will have a Lego Challenge to solve. All ages are welcome. Drop in. No sign up required.
Li’l Bookworms Preschool Story Time: Every Tuesday at 10:15 am. Join us for books, finger plays and songs every week! All ages are welcome. Drop in. No sign up required.
Stories and More: Every Thursday at 2:00pm. Join us for books, songs, and age appropriate arts and crafts for kids. All ages are welcome. Drop in. No sign up required.
Teen Group: Every week at 3:30 pm. Come join other teens in doing activities in the library! Grades 7-12.
Did you know that September is National Library Card Sign Up Month?
Getting a library card is completely free and you can do all sorts of fun things with it! In addition to checking out things from our library, and requesting items from other libraries to be send here, you can access ebooks and audiobooks from Overdrive/Libby app. And NOW, we are offering access to Hoopla—a library based steaming service!
* In order to get you or your child a library card, come into the library to get an application. You’ll need your license (and a piece of mail that reflects your current address if you have moved recently). And voila you have a library card!
BIG NEWS! The library is now fine free, so you don’t have to worry about fines accumulating on your card. However please note that if you lose a book or return it damaged, you will need to pay the replacement cost. Existing fines will still be on the card, but going forward fines will not accumulate.
