Registration will need to be done by a parent/guardian. Any student that registers themselves with their own email address will be crossed out by the health office. All students must have an up to date physical to be cleared for participation. The Health Office is offering physicals for those who need them on the following days:
- Monday 8/8
- Wednesday 8/10
- Monday 8/15
- Wednesday 8/17
9:00am-11:00am at the Middle School Health Office.

You will need to create or log back into Family ID to complete the final registration forms including concussion information, athletic code of conduct, and health update information. The New York State Education Department requires an interval health history summary to be completed for all athletes, no sooner than 30 days prior to the start of the athletic season. You will need to complete the registration for the appropriate sport and level for the Fall 2022 athletic season:
- JV/Varsity (Grades 9, 10, 11 & 12) will begin practices on Monday, August 22nd.(Football only Saturday, August 20th.)
- Modified (Grades 7 & 8) will begin practices Tuesday, September 6th.
