All new students must meet immunization requirements for school entrance/attendance. Those going into 6th, 7th and 12th grade have additional vaccinations that are required. If the required immunizations are not received within 14 days from the first day of school (9/20/2022), the student will be excluded from school per Section 2164(7)(a) of the NYS Public Health Law.
In an effort to keep any students from missing school, we are asking that all parents confirm or schedule the necessary immunizations. If you are unsure and need to confirm your students immunization status you must go through your medical provider, not the HFCSD Health Office.
