Hudson Falls families,
The Early Release Day scheduled for October 11, 2024 is being adjusted. In its place we will be holding a 2-hour late arrival for students.
Thank you for helping us with this accommodation. We found too many students in too many programs are adversely affected with the afternoon early dismissal.
- Student transportation will be adjusted as if it were a two-hour delay.
- Kindergarten Center: The building opens at 10:30 am, Students must be in their classroom by 11:10 am. There will be NO AM Pre-K.
- Primary School: The building opens at 10:30 am, Students must be in their classroom by 11:10 am
- Intermediate School: The building opens at 10:30 am, Students must be in their classroom by 11:10 am
- Middle School: The building opens at 9:27 am, Students must be in their first-period class by 9:35 am.
- High School: The building opens at 9:20 am. Students must be in their Block 1 class by 9:30 am. Homeroom is at 10:15. Students will attend all 4 blocks with modified time schedule
- AM BOCES and ECCA will have transportation available from the high school at their normal times. If students are unable to get their own transportation to the high school they will take the delayed bus route and report to the large cafeteria upon arrival.
- There will be no am UPK.
- There will be breakfast at the middle and high schools only.
- Students who are transported to out of district schools and placements will run as normal.
- Lunch will be provided across all buildings.
