As the weather begins to cool, the school year continues to heat up. Everything is running at full speed as we approach the end of September, and we hope you are enjoying the excitement each fall brings. It is never too early to inquire about what has been happening in class, and what things your student is excited about.
Balloons at The Intermediate School
A big thank you to B.J. Sullivan for bringing his hot air balloon to the Intermediate School for a fun, interactive science lesson. By the end of the visit, our students had learned about the history of ballooning and the science behind what makes it possible. Sullivan graduated from Hudson Falls High School in 2004 and shared stories from his time as a student here.
The blue, white, and purple balloon will be featured at the Adirondack Balloon Festival in Glens Falls until the close of the festival on September 24th.
Primary School Open House
The Primary School hosted its open house on Wednesday, which is always an exciting time to meet the teachers and visit the classrooms that your child spends their day with and in.
Parent turnout at all of our events this fall have been fantastic and we still look forward to hosting our Intermediate, High School, and Kindergarten Center families on their upcoming parent night/open houses next week. You can find those schedules below.
