HFHS Senior Jenna Dunbar Wins Scholorship

Jenna Dunbar won the Bill Liddle Memorial Scholarship, this is given to a high school senior who is involved in agriculture and is going to pursue a degree in agriculture. They must be an active FFA member who is involved in their chapter (she is president). They must be a good example to their peers and an active member in their community.

Jenna is a Senior at Hudson Falls High School. She is the President of the Hudson Falls FFA Chapter and has been involved in many community events including World Milk Day and reading to Primary School kids about the importance of agriculture. Jenna is the Student President of the NY State High School Rodeo Association, and competes in Goat Tying, Breakaway Roping, Barrel Racing and Pole Bending. She is the Vice President of her National Honor Society Chapter, and Treasurer of her Science National Honor Society Chapter. She is currently researching supplement use in various equine disciplines as part of her Science Research course. Jenna will be pursuing a degree in AG Business/Agriculture Education (undecided).

Jenna was honored in front of her peers at the Adirondack Stampede Rodeo on Friday, November 1, 2024.
